Are there items within your enterprise that aren't being monitored and managed?

In most co-location or on-site business deployments, there is no one whose job it is to keep an eye on the equipment you have running your core services. In a co-location environment the people who are responsible for the equipment hardware have many other tasks and customers they are responsible for, and usually don't bother to stay abreast of upgrades, signs of malicious activity, or even system breaches. If something goes wrong with your server for example, the most common practice for a colo is to wipe the system and re-image it with its default configuration or at best the last known good backup.

Omega's infrastructure management offering allows you and your people to run your business without having to worry about your infrastructure, the operating systems, the services running on the systems, the patches that need to be applied, etc.

We have Managed Services plans customized to suit Small Business, Medium Business, and Large Enterprise environments.

The Small Business services are ideal for those who have a maximum of three (3) servers, two (2) network devices and 20 desktops/users. Omega will monitor and remediate server issues, the Operating Systems and one application, such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Symantec typically used by small businesses. The Small Business services also includes desktop support services, NT backup, as well as up/down monitoring on basic network devices. The Small Business services are sold on an annual, monthly or hourly contract.

The Medium Business services are designed around a larger, more complex IT infrastructure typically used by small and mid-sized businesses with up of up to 250 desktops/users and a minimum of four (4) and a maximum of 100 servers or network devices. The Medium Business services provide extended support for a broader range of servers, Operating Systems, applications and desktop support. The Medium Business services can also be complimented with one of our specialty practices to better manage databases, virtualized infrastructure and networking devices such as switches, firewalls, routers, WAP and VoIP devices. The Medium Business services are sold on annual, monthly and hourly contracts.

The Enterprise Business Services are tailored to fit the needs of complex mid-market or very large enterprises running comprehensive IT infrastructure environments with a minimum of 100 and maximum of 250 servers, network or other devices, desktops and users.

For the management of more than 250 devices, Omega offers a custom scope of work and consultation service. The Enterprise Business Services client can take advantage of Omega's specialty networking practices for network infrastructure, unified communications, VoIP, storage and mobile devices, as well as virtual cluster servers and desktops.
